Refer A Friend
It’s good to have great friends and colleagues and we’d like to reward you for referring them to us. Route 2 Recruitment will pay up to £1000 per successful candidate referral, subject to the following terms:
- The candidate is placed within a permanent position by Route 2 Recruitment within 3 months of your referral.
- Route 2 Recruitment must not have already received details of the candidate prior to your referral.
- The candidate must not be already registered with Route 2 Recruitment.
- Upon placement the candidate must successfully complete their probationary period.
- If the fee for referral are disputed in any way then the decision of Route 2 Recruitment will be deemed to be final.
Subject to all of the above you will receive your referral fee no sooner than one week after the completed probationary period.
Fee’s are paid in vouchers to the store of your choice and based on the following qualifiers –
£500 for consultant candidates.
£1000 for managerial and senior candidates.
